Several Fortune 100 companies (e.g. Comcast, Johnson & Johnson, Genentech) are using Weaves, telling us they love our product and are repeatedly buying. Our clients bought over $500K of Weaves from us last year, are asking us for more and we intend to deliver.

We are not looking to hire for this position. Paul is looking to find the right partner and is offering a co-founder position along with a significant equity stake.

Roles

Primary role: Chief Impact Officer
Primary Role Purpose: To create an epic impact in our market. While embracing this special opportunity with wide eyed wonderment of the opportunity to feed a hungry market that is currently asking us for more.

Secondary role: Organization Growth Leader
Secondary Role Purpose: To help run and grow the organization

Additional Roles: As with all Weave workers, we see you as an unique soul and do not define you by your role. The organization will adapt based on your unique talents and encourage you to discover and work in your own zone of genius. Being a growing start-up there are a multitude of roles that exist inviting you to expand into. In this position it is expected you will define your own roles and also identify other roles the organization needs to grow.

Accountabilities

  • Plan a course to maximize impact of Weave in the Marketplace
  • Execute on bringing the Weave products to market
  • Build relationships with corporations and their leaders
  • Co-create an evolved organization
Your Skills and Characteristics

  • Over 10 years combined experience leading Entrepreneurial startups and/or Corporate OD departments
  • Knowledge of Enterprise OD Markets and great relationships with leaders in the space
  • Strong Financial Management skills
  • Impressive stories of success, failure and resilience
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and an appreciative outlook on life
  • Courage and desire to be all you can be, to live and to work with purpose and passion
  • Knowledge of Conscious Leadership, B-Corps, Open book accounting, Holacracy, Integral Theory a bonus
  • Committed mindfulness practitioner always help
