Roles

Primary role: Technology Creator
Primary Role Purpose: To create and improve Weave products

Secondary Roles:

• Leadership Team Member
• Technology Guide for Operations and Sales
• Team Builder (networking, recruiting, etc.)
• Infrastructure Manager

Optional Roles: As with all Weave positions, the organization will accommodate every individual to allow time to be spent working in your own zone of genius. You may choose from some of these open roles or create your own:

• Visual Designer (of products, logos, or whatever suits you!)
• Website Caretaker
• Public Speaker and Advocate of Weave

Accountabilities

• Build great Weave products
• Work with the Product Owner for product planning
• Participate in company leadership
• Organize and manage product testing, release, and maintenance
• Guide the rest of the team through the technology landsape
• Build and manage the technology team
