Accountabilities

  • Managing relationships with executive clients and ensuring they have a delightful experience
  • Understanding the needs and opportunities of our clients
  • Managing a Sales Pipeline, creating, progressing and closing deals
  • Finding new opportunities from referrals within an organization
  • Consulting and supporting the clients with our innovative products
  • Being an integral part of a fast growing start up company
Your Skills and Characteristics

  • Outgoing, passionate and a naturally great people person
  • 5+ years experience in B2B sales and account management
  • Confidence and ease when communicating with corporate executives
  • Outstanding communication skills in person, on the phone and through writing
  • Great networker, enthusiastic story teller and attentive listener
  • Emotionally intelligent relationship management, social awareness, self awareness and self-regulation
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and an appreciative outlook on life
  • Courage and desire to be all you can be, to live and to work with purpose and passion
  • Knowledge of Holacracy, Integral Theory, Conscious Leadership, Mindfulness a bonus
  • College graduates or equivalent demonstration of learning, intelligence and achievement
