Match views are used to litterally match attendes based on a common attribute. For example, strengths and weaknesses.

Users of the Weave can select a category from the options on the right and view who is strong and who is looking for help in that area. The ideal scenario is for meeting attendees to help each other by discovering who in the room they can help and who can help them.
